PURPOSE:To inhibit the increase of noise due to fluidity, to enable rewriting repeated many times and to ensure satisfactory recording-erasing characteristics with low recording power. CONSTITUTION:A lower protective layer 2, a middle layer 4 and a reflecting layer 5 are formed so as to satisfy 50nm<=d1<=2d3, 5nm(d2<=0.7d1, d2<=d3<=2d1 and 40nm <=d3<=160nm (where d1, d2 and d3 are the thickness of the layers 2, 4, 5, respectively). The reflecting layer 5 is made of at least one among Ni, Bi, Cr, Pb, Sb, Ti, Zr, an alloy based on such metals, an alloy of such metals and stainless steel. |
