PURPOSE:To enable stable traveling of a web and the transfer of the web to the next step without causing the winding of the web on a roll, etc., and the raising of the surface fibers by collecting opened continuous multifilaments on a net belt-conveyor in the form of a web. CONSTITUTION:Opened continuous multifilaments 1 are collected on a net belt- conveyor 2, treated to remove static electricity 5 and pressed over the whole width of the web at a linear pressure of 1-10kg/cm with a textured roll 6 having a surface roughness of 1S to 100S for pressing the upper surface of the web and with a rubber roll 7 for pressing the lower surface through the net belt- conveyor. |
