PURPOSE:To obtain a healthy auxiliary food capable of further developing the healthy auxiliary food containing a garlic and egg yolk and manifesting disease curing effects which cannot be conventionally expected. CONSTITUTION:This healthy auxiliary food is obtained by heating and powdering a pulverized garlic, egg yolk and red beans. This food can be prepared by boiling 100 pts.wt. garlic in water, heating the garlic until it becomes powdery while stirring it, once cooling the powdery substance to ambient temperature, then adding and mixing 25-30 pts.wt. egg yolk of a hen's egg and 5-15 pts.wt. red beans with the resultant powder and heating the obtained mixture until moisture is lost. |
