CUFF BAND FOR HEMODYNAMOMETER

PURPOSE:To enable the housing of a cuff band body with less bulkiness by a method wherein a clip plate is provided with a hinge section to turn the clip plate in such a manner as to be folded inward freely while it will not expand outward from a circular arc section and is folded inward. CONSTITUTION:In a cuff band of a hemodynamometer, a clip plate 3 is mounted on a cuff band body 2 having a cuff bad 1 on an inner circumferential surface thereof so formed as to be circular arc in section along a bending thereof and a hinge section 4 is provided on the clip plate 3 across the width thereof at one point in the circular arc thereof. The hinge part 4 is provided with a recessed groove 19 on the external surface of the clip plate 3 to be formed as a thin part and has the internal surfaces of the recessed groove 19 butting each other so that the clip plate 3 will not expand in a circular arc. The clip plate 3 is made to turn being bent inward with a hinge 4 so as to expand the interval between the internal surfaces of the recessed groove 19 thereby allowing the clip plate 3 to be folded inward. This enables the housing of a cuff band body 2 with less bulkiness being folded less bulky.
