PURPOSE:To quickly and easily make coffee of proper concentration from ground coffee beans which are put fully in a coffee bag, without losing the fragrance inherent in the regular coffee. CONSTITUTION:A coffee making method and a coffee bag as incorporation of the method include a bag body 3 made of filter material in which a proper amount of ground coffee beans is put and encapsulated, a thin pipe 4 which penetrates the bag body 3 from the upper edge of the bag body 3, and an accommodating sack 5 in which the bag body 3 is put and which is sealed. Hot water is poured into the bag 1 taken out of the sack 5, and the gas generated from the ground coffee beans is released to the outside via the thin pipe 4. |
