摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a bag for retaining freshness of cut vegetables having a highly antibacterial effect with an antimicrobial substance in a low concentration, capable of controlling an oxygen concentration in bags to a concentration suitable for retaining freshness of cut vegetables. CONSTITUTION:In a bag having at least a film face, with which a cut vegetable is brought into contact, mixed with a substance or a compound carrying a metal or a metal ion having antibacterial effect, non-porous film holes are formed on the inner side of the bag in such a way that oxygen permeability is 5,000-50,000cc/m<2>.atm.day to give a bag for retaining freshness of cut vegetable having formed non-porous holes. In a working example, a bag using silver or silver ion as the metal or metal ion having antibacterial effect and zeolite as the substance to carry the metal or metal ion may be cited as the bag.</p>
