PURPOSE:To provide a new ink jet method which uses a water-color ink with high safety, can be controlled by a low voltage, can use a high driving frequency, and in addition, for which a slit or multi-nozzle can be used by a simple structure. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 13 is formed by confrontingly arranging a rigid electrode 11 and elastic electrode 12, and a tinted liquid 14 with a high dielectric constant is put in the nozzle. A voltage is applied between the rigid electrode 11 and elastic electrode 12, and the elastic electrode is made to deform toward the rigid electrode by an electrostatic attracting force which is applied between opposite polarity charge phases which are induced at both electrodes, and particles 14a of the tinted liquid are made to fly from the leading end of the nozzle. |
