<p>PURPOSE:To provide the golf club which can extend a flying distance by increasing the initial speed of a ball without narrowing a sweet spot and can surely prevent the sepn. of a shaft and a head neck part. CONSTITUTION:A rubber-like elastic body 13 is interposed between a shaft insertion hole 11a formed in the neck part 11 of a head 10 and the shaft 12 mounted in the shaft insertion hole. This elastic body enables such pivotal motion of the shaft that the central axial line of the shaft and the central axial line of the shaft insertion hole intersect with each other by deforming nearly in tune with the natural vibration period of the deformation of the ball at the time of hitting the ball. The shaft is pivotally movably connected via a pin 14 to the neck part in the position nearly aligned to the center of the pivotal movement of the shaft.</p> |
