<p>PURPOSE:To inspect the presence or absence and displacement of a window film for paper equipment by providing a signal obtained by a paper equipment detecting means; a signal obtained by a film detecting means, and a means for outputting an abnormality signal when the film position of a window sticking part deviates from a standard value for displacement judgment by a speed detecting means. CONSTITUTION:A window application inspecting device is formed of an arithmetic and logic circuit 15 for providing a paper equipment detection signal 201 obtained by detecting the presence of a paper equipment 12 by a paper equipment detecting sensor 13; a film detection signal 202 obtained by detecting the film 18 of the paper equipment 12 by a film detecting sensor 14; and a film position signal 205 from the pulse 206 from the rotating speed of a paper equipment finishing machine, and a counting/abnormality signal output circuit 16 for comparing a value obtained by counting the pulse 206 while the film position signal 205 is built up with a present standard value of displacement and outputting an abnormality signal when the counted value exceeds the standard value. Thus, quality inspection for the window sticking of film in the paper equipment can be surely performed without generating an inspection error.</p> |
