PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacture of interior finish and facing materials having a rock texture pattern which can make execution operation easy when an inner wall or an outer wall is formed and can be used for buildings of fire-resisting construction. CONSTITUTION:A frame material 20 made of a non-combustible material having horizontal pieces 21, 22 which are provided along almost an outer periphery of a molding space of a lower mold 1 having a transfer shape 1a formed by inverting an irregular shape on a surface of a stone and held on an upper face 1T side of the lower mold 1, and a frame face 24 which is connected to the horizontal pieces and installed at a position of an almost intermediate height of the molding space, is provided. Under a state wherein the frame face of the frame material 20 is set in the molding space via the horizontal pieces, a melted material 2 wherein stone powder and transparent or translucent thermosetting synthetic resin are kneaded is injected and press pressure is applied thereto. Thereby, an insert piece 7 which extends horizontally outer- peripherally and consists of the horizontal piece 22, and a groove 6 to be inserted which is formed between the horizontal piece 21 and the melted material 2 by holding the horizontal piece 21 via an auxiliary mold 5 and extracting the auxiliary mold thereafter are integrally molded at an outer peripheral end part. |
