<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an electrostatic charge image developer compsn. without causing the reverse and chipping of a cleaning blade and filming when image is formed for a long time by depositing polymer particles having specified glass transition temp. or higher on the toner surface. CONSTITUTION:The mixture of raw monomers for two kinds of polymn. systems in which each polymn. reaction is executed in an independent reaction passage in one reactor are preliminarily blended, and the two polymn. reaction is executed in parallel to obtain a resin. This resin is used as the essential component of the binder resin. Polymer fine particles having >=90 deg.C glass transition temp. are deposited on the toner surface. If the glass transition temp. of polymer fine particles deposited on the toner surface is <90 deg.C, such problems occur that the toner melts and deposits on a photosensitive body due to pressure by a cleaning blade or due to frictional heat between the surface of the photosensitive body and the cleaning blade. The deposition amt. of the polymer fine particles on the toner surface is 0.01wt.% of the toner weight, and preferably 0.05-0.3wt.%.</p> |
