<p>PURPOSE:To suppress the cost of a microcomputer using the oscillation clock of a different frequency and to provide the clock generation circuit of the microcomputer which can generate a highly stable high speed clock. CONSTITUTION:A low speed clock CKL is fetched into LC oscillators 12 and 13 through an invertor 14. An invertor 15 converts a high frequency LCIN into a square wave. Then, the higher harmonic LCIN which is the nearest to the resonance frequency of the LC oscillators 12 and 13 and which is odd times as high as the low speed clock CKL of a low speed oscillator is converted into the high speed clock CKH of the square wave, and it is used for the system operation of the microcomputer 1.</p> |
