PURPOSE:To make it possible to provide a menu different in each time band by a small space and at a low cost in the case of selling food and drink in a menu specified by using card information read out by a card reading part. CONSTITUTION:A variable menu table 13a for storing menues 20 consisting of the sort and price of food and drink to be sold in a corresponding time band out of respective time bands T1 to 3 corresponding to respective reference menues is prepared, and when card paying operation including the specification of a reference menu is executed, selling processing based upon the menu 20 in the time band corresponding to current time in the specified menu of the table 13a is executed by using the card information read by a card processing section.
