PURPOSE:To perform the labor saving of maintenance by converting a primary side current signal and a speed set value of an induction motor, and controlling the movable electrode of a water resistor by an AC servomotor. CONSTITUTION:An induction motor (DM) 1 is driven by closing a switch 2. A current flowing to the DM 1 is detected by an AC unit 5, and a converter 9 which receives the current signal converts and outputs a signal usable for controlling. A function converter 10 compares the set value of a speed setter 7 with the input from the converter 9, and outputs a command to a controller 11 according to a preset function in response to the difference of a compared value. An AC servomotor 3b is driven by the command of the controller 11 to control the position of a movable electrode 3a of a water resistor 3, and the slip of the DM 1 is controlled to be regulated by regulating a secondary resistance value. |
