摘要 PURPOSE: To compensate a tare in the load measurement of the hitch of an elevator car and to compensate an elevator hitch load weighing system without using a correction weight. CONSTITUTION: In an elevator hitch load weighing mechanism, a load cell outputs an analog load signal to an adder 12. In the adder 12, an analog tare compensation signal is subtracted from the analog load signal before a compensation load signal is given to an analog/digital converter(ADC) 20. A digital load signal is given to a remaining tare subtracter 26, a tare left in the digital load signal is subtracted, and pay load is obtained. A dynamic tare is measured and it is used for recorrecting an elevator hitch load weighing system. An advantage is that the elevator system itself is used to correct the self-weighing system, since a correction weight for recorrecting the load weighing system is not required.
