PURPOSE:To simplify an editing work and to automate it by designating the number of pages, a row and a column, and the number of characters in a standard document, and preparing a document of a table format containing character data and graphic data by editing of every block of apparatus information. CONSTITUTION:An operating apparatus manual editing device 15 has each function of movement from other document, sticking, copying, row deletion, row insertion, page deletion, page insertion, and area space, and in a standard format, a Japanese sentence and an English sentence can be allowed to correspond with each other. Also, this device displays apparatus data 13 in the lower part of a screen (sub-screen) on a word processor screen, and has a simultaneous display function of the standard format 14 and the apparatus data 13. In such a state, as for editing, by positioning a cell in a transfer destination of the standard format, and setting a copy flag in transcribed data of the apparatus data 13, a selected item is transferred to the standard format by a block unit. In this regard, with respect to a list of a motor, a valve, a sensor, etc., as well, it is edited to the standard format in the same way, and an operating apparatus manual is prepared in a table format. |
