A control part 12 controls respective parts and is provided with functions as a discriminating means 12A for discriminating whether a money unit in the betting card is missed or not, discriminating means 12B for discriminating money unit from the money amount mark and the inserted money amount when the description of a money unit is missed, and discriminating means 12C for discriminating whether the change can be constituted or not based on the inserted money amount and the number of coins. When the description is missed, it is discriminated whether remaining amount (inserted amount) < (the total of all the unit description miss amount column marks) X 100 or not, and in the case of YES, cash error is judged. In the case of NO, it is discriminated whether the remaining amount is equal to the cash amount or not, and when it is equal, normal ticket vending processing is performed by considering the mark of the description missed column as 100YEN. |
