<p>PURPOSE:To provide the method and the device for managing a comprehensive schedule, by which various data related to an adjusted comprehensive schedule plan table and various problems subjected to countermeasure can be utilized as timely information for anybody by a simple operation. CONSTITUTION:In the schedule managing device provided with an input part 1 for receiving at least an input of time limit day information of plural production processes, end schedule day information of each production process and execution day information of each production process, an arithmetic part 6 for executing an arithmetic processing of a production process plan from the information received by the input part 1, a storage part 8 for storing the production process plan and the executed production process, an output part 24 which can output the production process plan, and a control part 7 for controlling each part, the input part 1 receives furthermore an input of a message for showing a problem point related to the production process and a classification key related to this message, and a converting part 16 for classifying into items determined in advance basing on the classification key received by the input part 1, is provided, and the output part 24 outputs furthermore a message for showing a problem point at every item classified by the converting part 16.</p> |
