<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the illumination setting time and provide a desired illumination pattern by directly specifying the radiation direction of an illumination light with a visible spot beam. CONSTITUTION:A spot beam B of the visible light and infrared light projected from a shooting pointer 1 has the desired diameter, and it is directly projected in a TV studio or a theater studio 5. The projected position A of the beam B is picked up by a solid image pickup device 7 such as a CCD camera or a video camera arranged with many photoelectric transfer elements 6 such as photo-diodes or CCDs sensing the infrared light in a two-dimensional array. The position A of the beam B picked up by the device 7 is directly confirmed when the visible light is visually observed. The wavelength of the infrared light from the pointer 1 and the wavelength of the illumination light from a luminaire 8 are differently selected, and the projected position A of the beam B can be correctly detected without being adversely affected by the illumination light.</p> |
