Next, the video signal is sent through a gate circuit 11 to prepare the distance measure frame for performing automatic focus processing to a signal processing circuit 12 to process the video signal for performing automatic focus processing and fetched into a microcomputer 13 for lens control later. The gate circuit 11 is controlled by the microcomputer 13.
