PURPOSE:To accurately perform unmanned control over the parking lot by measuring the elapsed period of time required for a vehicle to enter the parking lot and sounding an alarm when the elapsed period of time is longer than a specific period of time. CONSTITUTION:When the vehicle enters a vehicle entrance exit 11, a floor sensor 61 and a ceiling sensor 62 detects the entering vehicle, a shutter 13 is opened, and a warning controller 6 counts the elapsed period of time from the time when the shutter 13 is opened. A display device 65 is so controlled to give the driver an indication required to enter the parking lot. The driver gets off the vehicle and enters an exit passage 2 and when a parking ticket is taken out of a ticket issuing device 64 in the exit passage 2, a 2nd exit door 22 is stopped opening from the side of the exit passage 2. A turntable 4 rotates, a parking lot door 51 is opened, and the vehicle is moved into the parking lot 5.
