<p>PURPOSE:To obtain gloves having good air permeability and elasticity in reinforcing parts of the palms of the hands. CONSTITUTION:Glove bodies made of fabric are kept in a state inserted into plane patterns and then, the palm faces of the glove bodies are immersed in a primer liquid in a state inserted into the plane patterns and an elastic paving material obtained by blending a rubber chip with 'Soflannate (R)' of an adhesive for enhancing tackiness and then forming the blend under rolling pressure is powdered and the powder is covered on palm faces of glove bodies into which the primer liquid is permeated to attach the powder on the palm faces and further, the palm faces of glove bodies are dried or pressed while heating to completely bond the above powder to the palm faces of gloves and finally, these grove bodies are shaped by heating these grove bodies in a state inserted onto three-dimensional models to provide the objective gloves in which reinforcing layers (4) are formed on the palm faces of glove bodies made of fabric.</p> |
