发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF FIBER-REINFORCED RESIN MOLDED FORM BY FILAMENT WINDING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To raise productivity by traversing a feed eye at a high speed in a method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced resin molded form by a filament winding method. CONSTITUTION:An annular rotor 30 is provided around a shaft perpendicular to a rotary shaft 12 of a bend type mandrel 10, and a feed eye 50 is mounted inside the rotor. The method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced resin molded form by a filament winding method comprises the steps of passing a thermosetting resin-impregnated glass fiber roving 60 through the eye from rear of the rotor, rotating the rotor together with the mandrel in a state engaged with the mandrel, traversing the eye 50 toward the rotary shaft of the mandrel 10, and winding the roving 60 on an outer periphery of the mandrel 10 to be laminated. Then, resin is thermally cured, and removed from the mold by an ordinary method to obtain a bend type tube joint. This method has a different driving mechanism of the eye 50 from a prior art method using a pinion rack and can traverse the eye 50 at a high speed.
