MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF OPENING/SHUTTING LIMIT SWITCH FOR GARAGE DOOR

PURPOSE:To easily perform position adjustment of an opening/shutting limit switch while the opening/shutting stroke of a door body is maintained constant substantially and provide stable switch operation when the position is altered. CONSTITUTION:Inside of a column 4, an elevating/sinking element 6 is installed through a guide 7. and a drive force transmitting means 32 is installed to transmit the drive force to a pin 3 with elevation and ains of the element 6. Thus the drive force is transmitted to open and shut a door body 2. Inside of the column 4, a mounting piece 33 is formed stretching long in the vertical direction. A switch holding member 34 in which an upper limit switch S1 to determine the upper limitation of door opening and a lower limit switch S2 to determine the lower limitatiom of door shutting are held at a certain spacing, is mounted on the mounting piece 33 with possibility of changing the slide position up and down. The element 6 is equipped with a kicker 35 for the switches S1, S2, and the switch holding member 34 is provided with a guide part 36 which guides the kicker 35.
