<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a sheet like laminate capable of suppressing the generation of heat at the time of incineration to the min., in a method extruding a polyolefinic synthetic resin to laminate the same to the surface of a base material sheet, by adding an inorg. filler to the polyolefinic synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A laminated sheet is formed by extruding a polyolefinic synthetic resin to laminate the same to the surface of a base material sheet. 15-40 pts.wt. of an inorg. filler is added to 100 pts.wt. of the polyolefinic synthetic resin to obtain a master batch and 0.05-2 pts.wt. of calcium stearate is mixed with 100 pts.wt. of the master batch. The generation of heat at the time of combustion lowers as the ratio of the inorg. filler becomes high but a pinhole is generated and waterproof effect is eliminated. By adding calcium stearate, the bonding of the polyolefinic synthetic resin and the inorg. filler is made strong and the separation of the inorg. filler in a finishing process is suppressed to the min.</p> |
