A process is disclosed for manufacturing a nozzle (10) for washing the outer parts of a motor vehicle, in particular windshield panes, windows or optical devices. The base body (12) has at least one channel for the cleaning liquid, a pipe section (16) joined to the bottom of the channel and insertable into the body of the motor vehicle, as well as a packing (14) arranged between at least one holder (18, 20, 22) carried by the pipe section and the bottom side of the nozzle, sealingly joining the nozzle to the car body. The nozzle is manufactured and finished in one or several injection molding steps. Two different plastic materials are simultaneously or successively injected into the injection molding tool. One plastic material forms the base body and the other forms the packing. |
