Sterile medicament for topical admin. comprises dexpanthenol (I), polyacrylate carrier (in partially neutralised form with a mol. wt. of 3,000,000-5,000,000), and opt. preservatives and/or chelating agents. USE/ADVANTAGE - The medicaments are useful in treatment of growth disorders, dermatitis, degenerative disorders of the central and peripheral nervous systems or reduced antibody formation in promotion of wound healing, and in ophthalmology.
