PURPOSE:To locate a lesion correctly to a isocenter by monitoring the positional variation of the lesion while carrying out the static treatment. CONSTITUTION:A collimater holder 4 is provided with a collimater 2 for static method and a flattening filter 3. When the holder 4 is rotated by a drive device 5, the collimater 2 and the filter 3 appear alternately on a X-ray radiation path. Then, electron beams are generated to a X-ray target in alignment with the appearance of the collimater 2 and the filter 3. Thus, the lesion can be monitored through a fluoroscopic image while the static treatment is carried out. Further, a multiple element detector 11 detects the fluoroscopic data. |
