PURPOSE:To provide a sound image normal position controller by which a sufficient stereo feeling can be obtained, preventing the deviated normal position of sound image. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with an adder 1 generating a synthetic signal by synthesizing first and second input signals, adaptive filters 2a, 2b performing adaptive processings of the first and second input signals by performing coefficient control of them based on a prescribed control signal and generating first and second estimation signals, subtracters 3a, 3b obtaining first and second error signals by subtracting the first and second estimation signals from the synthetic signal, a coefficient control means 6a, 6b imparting the prescribed control signals which make the average square value of the first and second error signals minimum to the adaptive filters 2a, 2b, subtracters 4a, 4b generating a synthetic output signal by synthesizing the difference of the first input signal and the second error signal and the difference of the second input signal and the first error signal and an adder 5. |
