<p>PURPOSE:To generate an environmental sound for calming infants with a vibrating plate by causing a rotor shaft to collide with a bracket and run intermittently with a fixed rate. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 3 is pushed upward by a shaft carrying spacer 6 of a bracket B so that magnetic centers of a stator and the rotor are deviated upward and held. Upon starting a fan motor 1, the rotor 3 is attracted by the magnetic flux of the stator 2 to receive a force in the direction of cancelling the deviation of the magnetic center and lowered downward against the force of the shaft carrying spacer 6. Then, a tip of the rotor shaft 5 collides with the bottom of the bracket B to generate shock sounds, which is transmitted through a motor mounting plate 7 to a vibrating plate 9 to generate vibration sounds. Upon rotating the rotor 3, the rotor 3 keeps rotating with the magnetic center coinciding with that of the stator 2 and the magnetic center is returned to the deviated condition when the fan motor 1 is stopped. When the fan motor 1 is run intermittently, the tip of the rotor shaft 5 collides with the bottom of the bracket B at every start of the fan motor to repetitively generate the vibration sounds by the vibrating plate 9.</p> |
