CONSTITUTION:The silane compd. having at least >=1 kinds bond selected among Si-H, Si-SH, Si-OR, Si-SR (R is org. group) and at least either the substituent group convertible to a hydrophilic group by post treatment or an unsatd. bond is allowed to react with the inorg. coating film, and post treated or graft polymerized with the compd. having unsatd. bond. |
