PURPOSE:To provide a production control system capable of controlling the contents of a defect and the number of the defects in a production process in real time. CONSTITUTION:Inspection input devices N11 to N43 provided respectively with plural defect input switches for each inspection item are installed at the inspection place of each process in production lines S1 to S4 installed in plural clean rooms C1 to Cn, and a local computer LC to fetch and totalize the input signal of each inspection input device N11 to N43 of each production process, is installed in each clean room C1 to Cn, and simultaneously, a computer network RAN is constituted by coupling each local computer LC and a main computer MC installed in a control room 6, and an inspection result in each production line S1 to S4 is controlled in real time in the main computer MC. |
