A single carrier (1) associated with each movable wing, having a range of 80 to 140 deg. of arc, supports the driving motor (5) together with its crank (8,10), the wing-mounted crank (18,19), the connecting rod (24), a Bowden cable and lever for manual release, and a cam-operated electric switch. The carrier is secured by screws through holes (2) to the bodywork, and flanged (3) for attachment of the motor with a compensating disc (6) and bolts (7) for take-up of tolerances. USE/ADVANTAGE - On omnibuses and railway vehicles, each wing has its own very compact drive combined with its switch, manual release mechanism and adjustment device.
