A connector (3) joins the top (2) with the bottom (4) clothes-holder and is continuously adjusted in length and locked in position. The connector consists of two preferably coaxial bars or tubes (5,6) telescoping into each other, the top holder being detachable from the connector. The top of the connector has a loop, hook (8) or other piece engaging with the suspension pin, strips or hook (9). The top holder is in the form of a normal hanger while the bottom holder is in the form of arms (10) orthogonally protruding on both sides with at least one clamp (11). ADVANTAGE - Long clothes can be hung up from the hanger without touching the floor or being damaged.
