<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a product with no influence of a substrate steel sheet on its appearance and with the same color as a fabric before lamination by a method wherein a fabric on one face of which a hot-melt adhesive with the same color as that of the fabric is applied is press-bonded and laminated on a steel sheet heated at the softening point or higher of the hot-melt adhesive and then, the laminated sheet is cooled. CONSTITUTION:A steel sheet 1 is applied with a pretreatment such as phosphate treatment and chromate treatment in a pretreatment apparatus 2 and after it is heated in a heating oven 3, a fabric 4 coated with a hot-melt adhesive is fed on the steel sheet 1 and it is press-bonded by means of a laminator 5 and thereafter, it is cooled in an air cooling-type apparatus 6 to manufacture a fabric-bonded steel sheet 7. When lamination is performed by means of the laminator, the texture is not coarsened even if a tension is applied on the fabric and the adhesive hardly appears to the external appearance. In addition, as the adhesive is colored with the same color as that of the fabric, the substrate steel sheet is not observed through the texture and what can be observed is only the adhesive. In addition, as the adhesive is colored with the same color as that of the fabric, a fabric-bonded steel sheet with an aimed color can be manufactured.</p> |
