PURPOSE:To provide a method for feeding fried bean curd doughs to a bean curd fryer and a feeder therefor. CONSTITUTION:Even if there is a gap at a time of charging of fried bean curd doughs, the forefront fried bean curd dough is certainly fed to a dropping device 22 by a conveyor 10 set on a bean curd fryer for intermittently transferring fried bean curd doughs only by the thickness of the dough. The dough is adsorbed Y an adsorbing unit 22 of the dropping device 22 and accurately inserted into a mold box 12 by moving a stand 56 backward while bringing down a turning frame 30. Since the second forefront dough is pressed by a pressing rod 72 of a dough-pressing unit 6 attached above the conveyance terminal of the conveyor, simultaneous feeding of two doughs can be prevented. In addition, the conveyor is turned in the reverse direction so as to leave a space between the dough pressed by the pressing rod and the next dough in this method, the doughs can be, therefore, prevented from moving in a zigzag direction or from coming out forward from the conveyor. |
