PURPOSE:To realize a molding method reducing the number of parts, requiring no fastener connection and not generating stress due to the difference of the coefficient of thermal expansion. CONSTITUTION:A molding jig 1 moves on the rail 12 piercing through said jig 1 and a stringer ply and a frame ply are laminated in one laminating device 9 and cores made of CFRP are inserted in stringer molding cavities 3 to mold stringers while cores made of CFRP are inserted in frame molding cavities 4 in a frame molding device 15 to mold frames and an outer panel ply is laminated in the other laminating device 9a to form an outer panel. The stringers, the frames and the outer panel are pressed and heated in a pressing and heating device 20 to be integrally molded. Since the body made of the composite material having the stringers, the frames and the outer panel is automatically assembled by this constitution, an assembling work time can be reduced to a large extent and, since the stringers, the frames and the outer panel are simultaneously molded using the same material, the effect of thermal expansion is relaxed. |
