<p>PURPOSE:To sufficiently clean a molding plate and to enhance moldability and lamination appearance by molding a laminate consisting of a prepreg or the like by the molding plate cleaned by a cleaning roll receiving the supply of water from the shaft thereof and discharging water to the perforated surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:A molding plate made of stainless steel is cleaned and drained by a cleaning roll formed by covering the surface part of a metal perforated roll with a porous rubber and receiving the supply of water from the shaft thereof and discharging water from the porous surface by water pressure. Thereafter, a laminate consisting of a prepreg, metal foil and, if necessary, an inner layer material is molded between two molding plates. Since the porous parts of the surface of the roll are not clogged with dust, the molding plate can be sufficiently cleaned and moldability and the appearance of a laminated sheet can be enhanced. As the resin of the inner layer material, a general resin such as an epoxy resin can be used and, if necessary, an inorg. powder filler such as talc can be added.</p> |
