PURPOSE: To provide an easily and securely operable device to heat and dampen a hand towel. CONSTITUTION: This device comprises a heater main body 7 and a water round tube 8 and has a heater main body system casted into a metal plate. The water circulation tube 8 is connected with divided vessels 9 and a spray system 20. The heater main body system is placed just under the bottom plate of the inner main body 1. A towel hanger 15 is in a form as a steeply inclined roof. Round tubes 14 with discharge openings underside placed in right and left parallel with the roof of the towel hanger 15 are on the spray system 12.
