An arrangement for compensating for drift in a gyroscope-controlled panoramic periscope with an adjusting motor in a stabilizing control-circuit, and with a driftcompensating control-circuit superimposed upon the stabilizing control-circuit during the drift-compensating procedure. The arrangement comprises an electronic compensating circuit for closing the drift-compensating control-circuit.
