PURPOSE:To reduce an oil leak amount throughout a wide temperature range by providing a combination seal ring wherein a key seal ring made of a metal is used for an outer ring and an abutment type seal ring made of resin is used for an inner ring, in a seal ring for a hydraulic device having an abutment part. CONSTITUTION:A combination seal ring fitted in a ring groove formed in the peripheral surface of a shaft and preventing oil leak by pressing the seal ring against the inner peripheral surface of a case to surround a shaft is formed such that a key seal ring 6 made of a metal is used for an outer ring and an oblique abutment type seal ring 7 made of resin is used for an inner ring. The key seal ring 6 is provided at an abutment part with a key part 6a hooked with the end parts of cylinders on both sides of the abutment part and the oblique abutment with an angle of 5-45 deg. of the seal ring 7 being the inner ring is arranged in a position where it does not coincide with the abutment part. This constitution reduces an oil swing leak amount throughout a range from a case where an oil temperature is low to a case where an oil temperature is high, and reduces the fluctuation in an axial oil leak amount. |
