The device comprises an electronic volume section (1) receiving the electrical voice signal, band pass filters (2,3) which are individually connected to the volume section and filter input signals, a microprocessor (4) which keeps the overall volume level constant by generating control signal of the equalizer to the electronic volume section according to the correcting program connected to a key input section (6) and corrects the overall level of the equalizer to be close to 0 dB, and finally a display (5) which manifests the changed status of the key input section.
