PURPOSE:To reduce disconnection caused by insufficient filling of a hole, punched in a green sheet during via print process, with paste. CONSTITUTION:A coupling part 2 is disposed at an arranging part 1 while being coupled with a vacuum pump 3. A plate 4 and a frame plate 5 are mounted at same height on the arranging part 1 with a metal, plate 10, an ink return 11, and a squeegee 12 being disposed thereabove. A green sheet 6 is thermocompressed to the frame plate 5 and the plate 4 abuts on the green sheet 6. The plate 4 is provided with punch holes 7a while the green sheet 6 is provided with a via 9 where the punch holes 7a and the vias 9 are overlapped each other in same pattern. |
