PURPOSE:To eliminate the futile consumption of toner at the time of starting an operation. CONSTITUTION:A constitution is adopted so that when the next periphery part F2 of a photosensitive body 10 passing an electrifying place P1 passes a developing place P1 in an operation starting period up to when the whole of an initial periphery part F1 passes a developing region P2, for executing an operation, a potential by electrification -800V) forcibly made higher than a set potential by electrification [Vc (-600V)] is obtained as the potential by electrification by an electrifier 30 only while the next periphery part F2 passes the electrifying place P1, so that a potential difference between a next periphery part side potential Vs2 and a developing roller side potential Vd is equal to a set potential difference (-300V) in a consecutive operation. |
