<p>PURPOSE:To easily obtain a moving picture approximating the actuality by reducing/enlarging an image in accordance with the maximum length in the longitudinal direction and that in the lateral direction of a model form and fitting this image to the place of the model form of an original moving picture. CONSTITUTION:A picture enlargement/reduction processing program 5d is started to perform the enlargement/reduction processing so that longitudinal and lateral lengths L and H of picture data in an actual picture data part 6c coincide with maximum longitudinal and lateral lengths LR and HR of outline data of the moving picture, and the result is stored in the actual picture data part 6c again. Next, a simulation picture display program 6e is started, and a video signal processor 2 is controlled to read the simulation result image stored in a video device 11 into a moving picture memory part 6b in accordance with one field or scene and the outline is extracted, and data in the outline part is substituted with video data in the actual video data part 6c and is synthesized with data left unextracted, and the synthesized image is converted to a video signal by the video signal processor 2. This image is recorded as a picture in the video device 11 or another video device.</p> |
