PURPOSE:To prevent a change in working-voltage predictive value, by using an observed power pulse with a pulse width, and predicting a necessary power on the basis of an increase in service power that is calculated from the total area changed from the power pulse in a sampling time. CONSTITUTION:A power pulse dispersion width operation unit 6 calculates a time-based dispersion width necessary for calculation of area conversion from power pulses observed in a sampling time. In an area conversion operation unit 7, the result calculated from the operation unit 6 is subjected to area conversion. An area addition unit 8 calculates the total of areas that are converted through the addition unit 7, and the result is entered into a service power operation unit 9. The service power operation unit 9 calculates an increase in service power in the current sampling time on the basis of the total area in the sampling time as well as the service power in a previous sampling time, which is stored in a service power memory unit 11. On the basis of this result, the service power necessary at the end of the demand time can be predicted. |
