PURPOSE:To provide a document processor by which a user can arbitrarily set an operation for a document and an operation result for the document can be used for a processing except a document processing. CONSTITUTION:A value extraction processing function 51 detects a special area for the respective document elements constituting the document and extracts a name and a value mentioned in the special area as a pair. The pair of the name and the value is outputted by an output processing function 52 as a file. A substitution processing function 53 detects the special areas which are respectively set in the plural document elements based on the file which the output processing function 52 outputs. When the name mentioned in the special area coincides with a name in the inputted file, the value of the special area in which the coincident name is mentioned is substituted for the value becoming the pair with the name mentioned in the file. |
