PURPOSE:To separately store different kinds of empty tapes according to the kinds of the tapes without any special separation operation in a component fitting device with a dust collector for storing empty tapes, of which components are taken out, after mounting the taping components to a printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION:The title device is provided with a cutter 7 of empty tapes 16, dust collectors 8a and 8b storing the cut and empty tapes for each type, and a means for operating a schute 11 with a shutter 11 for opening and closing the entrance of ducts 9a and 9b which communicate with the dust collectors 8a and 8b which are provided at the lower part of the cutter 7, thus separately storing different kinds of empty tapes at the dust collectors 8a or 8b. |
