PURPOSE:To prevent cutting of a speech head in the mobile body voice communication using a satellite channel. CONSTITUTION:The circuit is provided with a timing detection circuit 102 outputting a frame pulse when an SOM (message start) and a UW(unique word) are detected from a base band signal obtained with an IF(intermediate frequency) signal demodulated by a demodulation circuit 101 and outputting an SOM pattern when the SOM is detected, a SOM decode circuit 103 decoding at which a sub-frame is started for the burst signal from the given SOM pattern and outputting the result in one-bit or plural bits, and a base band processing circuit 104 synchronizing a frame timing with a reception signal after the UW for a given frame pulse at the time of UW detection or at a timing of the result of SOM detection for a given frame pulse at the time of SOM detection so as to recognize a head of VOICE DATA just after the SOM and a head of the VOICE DATA just after the UW. |
