PURPOSE:To enhance reproduction performance of color and thin lines and sharpness, to reduce replenishing of a processing solution and to restrain fluctuations of gradation and color in highlight by incorporating a specified compound in a silver emulsion layer. CONSTITUTION:The silver halide color photographic sensitive material is provided with a reflective support formed by covering both sides of base paper with polyolefin resin layers, a hydrophilic colloidal layer containing a white pigment and silver halide emulsion layers on one side of the support and at least one of the silver halide emulsion layers contains at least one kind of compound represented by formula I in which R1 is alkyl, cycloalkyl, or aryl; R2 is F, alkyl, aryl, alkoxy, aryloxy, or the like; R3 is a group substitutable on the benzene ring; n is 0 or 1; Z is H or a group to be released by coupling with the oxidation product of a developing agent; Y is a monovalent group, preferably, a ballasting group. |
